摘要
目的探讨抗阻训练结合有氧运动在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月盘锦辽油宝石花康复医院康复科收治的56例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组28例。两组均给予常规降压药物治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予有氧运动,实验组在对照组基础上给予抗阻训练。比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂情况及血压变异性(BPV)指标。结果治疗4周后,两组24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)、24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、24 h舒张压标准差(24 h DSD)、24 h收缩压标准差(24 h SSD)均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组BPV-低频功率(BPV-LF)均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后BPV-高频功率(HF)比较差异无统计学意义。结论抗阻训练结合有氧运动应用于原发性高血压患者中效果确切,可有效改善患者血压及血脂情况。
Objective To investigate the application effect of resistance training combined with aerobic exercise in patients with essential hyper-tension.Methods 56 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the department of Rehabilitation of the Panjin Liaoyou Baoshihua Rehabilita-tion Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimen-tal groupaccording to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs,the control group was given aerobic exercise on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given resistance training on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,blood lipids and blood pressure variability(BPV)indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(24 h DBP),24 h mean sys-tolic blood pressure(24 h SBP),24 h diastolic standard deviation(24 h DSD),24 h systolic standard deviation of blood pressure(24 h SSD)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the BPV-low frequency power(BPV-LF)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood pressure variability high frequency power(BPV-HF)power between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is effective in patients with essential hypertension,which can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipids of patients.
