阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合注射用阿加曲班治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

Clinical effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with agattriban injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的探究阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合注射用阿加曲班治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年8月阜南县中医院收治的80例AIS患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射用阿加曲班治疗。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ADL评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合注射用阿加曲班治疗AIS患者疗效确切,能更好地改善患者神经功能缺损症状及日常生活自理能力,无明显不良反应,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with agatroban injection in the treat-ment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)patients.Methods A total of 80 AIS patients admitted to Funan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group ac-cording to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis com-bined with routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with agatroban injection on the basis of the control group.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,activities of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ADL scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.5%,which was lower than 20.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with agatroban injection is effective in the treatment of AIS patients,and can better improve the symptoms of neurological impairment and daily self-care ability of patients,without obvious adverse reac-tions,and is safe and effective.
