CTLA-4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性的Meta分析

CTLA-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphisms associate with cervical cancer susceptibility in Asians:A meta-analysis

摘要 目的用Meta分析的方法对现有关于细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性的研究进行分析,以探索两者的关联性。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及维普数据库截至2023年5月之前发表的所有关于CTLA-4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性的研究,关联度强度用比值比(OR)和95%置信区间(CI)来评估。结果最终纳入10篇相关研究。对于+49A/G,等位基因模型显示,和A等位基因相比,携带G等位基因降低了亚洲人群宫颈癌的发病风险(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.88~0.96)。亚组分析发现,同样的效应见于中国人群,包括等位基因模型(OR=0.93,95%CI:0.88~0.97)、纯合比较模型(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.53~0.85)和隐性比较模型(OR=0.75,95%CI:0.61~0.92),见于印度人群的等位基因模型(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.99)。对于CT60G/A,等位基因模型(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.13~1.27)、纯合比较模型(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.26~1.59)、显性比较模型(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.21~1.47)和隐性比较模型(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.09~1.31)显示均与亚洲人群宫颈癌的遗传易感性相关。结论CTLA-4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)可能与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性有关。 Objective We conducted a meta-analysis to explore the relationship between cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphism and cervical cancer in Asian.Methods Studies on the association between cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphism and the risk of cervical cancer in Asian population published before May,2023 were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and VIP Database.The correlation was evaluated by OR and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results In total 10 articles met the inclusion criteria.In the allele model,compared with carrying A allele,carrying G allele decreased the risk of cervical cancer in Asian population(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.88–0.96).Subgroup analysis showed that the same effect was found in Chinese,including allele model(OR=0.93,95%CI:0.88–0.97),homozygous model(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.53–0.85)and recessive model(OR=0.75,95%CI:0.61–0.92).Meanwhile the allele model(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.75–0.99)in Indian.For CT60G/A,there was significant association between CTLA-4 polymorphism and susceptibility to cervical cancer under the allele model(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.13–1.27),homozygous model(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.26–1.59),dominant model(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.21–1.47)and recessive model(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.09–1.31).Conclusion CTLA-4 polymorphism(+49A/G、CT60G/A)is associated with cervical cancer in Asians.
