立足职业发展教育学科建设促进高校生涯教育理论与实践研究——郑州大学职业发展教育学科建设研讨会会议综述

职业发展教育学科建设是满足学生多元化、个性化、全程化生涯教育之需,推动社会高质量充分就业的重要举措之一。郑州大学第三届职业发展教育学科建设研讨会立足“职业发展教育学科建设”基点讨论高校生涯教育理论与实践,与会专家在职业发展教育学科建设的时代需要、理论研究的现状与发展、高校生涯发展教育课程建设的思路和经验等方面进行了交流,进一步凝聚了共识、拓展了视野、明晰了理论研究范畴,对促进我国职业发展教育学科建设以及高校生涯发展教育实施具有重大的指导意义。

The construction of career development education discipline is one of the important measures to meet the needs of students'diversified,personalized and full career education and to promote high quality and full employment in the society.Zhengzhou University,the third career development education discipline construction seminar was successfully held,the meeting was based on"career development education discipline construction"as the basis for discussing the theory and practice of career education in colleges and universities,and the participating experts exchanged views and experiences on the needs of the times of the construction of the discipline of career development education,the status quo and development of theoretical research,and the ideas and experiences of the construction of the career development education program in colleges and universities.The experts in the meeting exchanged views on the needs of the era of career development education discipline construction,the current situation and development of theoretical research,the ideas and experiences of the construction of career development education programs in Colleges and universities,which further consolidated the consensus,expanded the vision and clarified the scope of theoretical research,and is of great guiding significance for promoting the construction of the discipline of career development education in our country,as well as the implementation of the career development education in colleges and universities.
