Achieving more comprehensive and higher-quality employment is an inherent requirement for propelling high-quality development and the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.Employment services are identified as a potent means to enhance the quality of employment.Analyzing the achievements in the effectiveness of university employment services in recent years,recognizing challenges and shortcomings,and taking employmentoriented education as the guiding principle,concerted efforts are made through employment services in policy implementation,curriculum design,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and faculty team development.Through a multifaceted and coordinated approach,concerted measures are taken to earnestly enhance the efficiency of employment services,aiming to propel the overall employment level towards a higher quality development stage.
