以优质教育资源为支点撬动乡村振兴的问题与实践路径

The Problems and Practical Paths of Leveraging Rural Revitalization with High-quality Educational Resources as the fulcrum

摘要 乡村振兴是党的十九大作出的重大战略部署。以融合多样态的优质教育资源为支点,建设乡村研学基地并以此促进乡村振兴是有益的探索。研究认为,乡村研学基地能够以多元化的教育理念促进乡村教育振兴,融入农村、面向农业、拓宽农民增收渠道,挖掘优秀传统历史文化助力乡村文化的传承与振兴,凝聚社会力量协同促进乡村产业发展与人才振兴。但乡村教育存在自身发展不足、服务乡村振兴能力有限、乡村教师质量和稳定性有待提升、教育助力乡村振兴的长效机制缺位等问题。研究建议,应加大乡村教育支持力度,提升教育教学质量;强化教育与乡村深度融合,引领乡村教育特色化发展;注重长效机制建设,凝聚各方力量协同促进乡村振兴等,从而更好地发挥优质教育资源促进乡村振兴的功能。 Rural revitalization is a major strategic deployment made by the 19th CPC National Congress.Surrounding highquality educational resources in rural areas,integrating diverse rural educational resources,building rural research and learning bases to promote rural revitalization is a beneficial exploration.This research suggests that,rural research and learning bases can promote the revitalization of rural education with diversified educational ideas,integrate into rural areas and agriculture in order to expand channels for increasing farmers'income continuously,excavate excellent traditional historical culture to help the inheritance and revitalization of rural culture,gather social forces jointly to promote the development of rural industries and talent revitalization.However,rural education to promote rural revitalization has its own insufficient development,limiting ability to serve rural revitalization,the quality and stability of rural teachers need to be improved,lack of a long-term mechanism for education to assist rural revitalization.This research suggests that,governments should increase support for rural education and improves the quality of education and teaching,strengthens education and deeply integrating rural areas and lead the distinctive development of rural education,focus on long-term mechanism building and gathers social forces to promote rural revitalization,in order to utilize the function of high-quality educational resources to promote rural revitalization.
