摘要
随着市场经济迅速发展,竞争日趋激烈,企业只有不断的提升仓储管理水平,才能有效缩减原材料损耗和出入库时间,提高经济效益和竞争力。本文以A公司为例,进行深入调研及分析总结。研究发现,其仓储管理过程中主要问题集中在货物摆放、原材料损耗、出入库环节工作效率和缺少专业仓储人员等四个方面。根据所存在的问题提出增强员工的工作意识和合理安排库位、按时更新仓储辅助性工具和增设温控设备、引进机械化设备和更新信息化系统、完善人才培养机制和加强专业人才的引进等改进对策,以提升公司的仓储管理能力及水平。
With the rapid development of market economy and increasingly fierce competition,enterprises can continuously enhance the warehouse management level to improve the economic efficiency and competitiveness.Optimization of enterprise warehouse management has become a research hotspot.Takes Company A as an example,indepth research and analysis are conducted.It is found that the main problems in warehouse management process concentrate in four aspects:goods placement,raw material loss,work efficiency in the inbound and outbound,and lack of professional warehousing personnel.According to the existed problems,measures are further proposed to improve the company's warehouse management ability and level,such as enhancing employees'responsibility sense and arranging storage spaces reasonably,updating warehouse auxiliary tools and adding temperature control equipment,introducing mechanized equipment and updating information systems,improving talent cultivation mechanisms,and strengthening the introduction of professional talents.
