摘要
本文研究了作用在飞机支持工装上的应力应变,首先运用ANSYS有限元仿真分析方法对飞机支持工装的不同组合方式进行模拟,得到仿真结果;之后运用应变电试验的测试方法对飞机支持工装在实际工况下的不同组合方式进行试验,得到试验数据,通过分析对比仿真与试验结果对飞机支持工装进行研究,进而得出结论。
The stress and strain acting on the aircraft support tooling studied.The ANSYS finite element simulation method is used to simulate the different combination modes of the aircraft support tooling,and the simulation results are obtained.The strain electrical test method is used to test the different combination modes of the aircraft support tooling under the actual working conditions,and the test data are obtained.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results and the test results are used to study the aircraft support tooling,and then a conclusion is drawn.
