国产(GH4169)和进口(Inconel 718)棒材试验性能对比研究

摘要 本文通过对比分析GH4169和Inconel718两种材料的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能等方面,得出了两种材料的优越性、差异性及材料特性的作用及适用范围,并以国内3种GH4169材料和国外(Inconel718)为研究对象进行材料性能试验,确认国产材料领先甚至优于国外进口料的力学性能。为航天类标准件GH4169材料的应用提供更为重要指导价值。 By comparing and analyzing the chemical composition,metallographic structure,mechanical properties,and other aspects of GH4169 and Inconel718 materials,the advantages,differences,and material characteristics of the two materials had been identified,as well as their applicability.The material performance tests were conducted on three domestic GH4169 materials and imported(Inconel718)materials,confirming that the domestic materials were leading or even better than imported materials in terms of mechanical properties.More important guiding value was provided for the application of aerospace standard GH4169 material.
