摘要
桑茶是日常的功能保健食品,有降“三高”的功能。硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,具有抗癌、抗氧化、增强人体免疫力等作用。随着科技的不断进步,农产品已向营养化、功能化迈进,富硒食品应运而生。该研究总结了一套富硒桑茶的制作技术,丰富了富硒食品种类,为富硒桑茶产品开发提供了参考。
Mulberry tea is a daily functional health food,which has the function of reducing hyperlipidemia,hypertension and hyperglycemia.Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in human body,which has the functions of anti-cancer,anti-oxidation and enhancing human immunity.With the continuous advancement of science and technology,agricultural products have moved towards nutrition and functionalization,and seleniumrich foods have emerged as the times require.This study summarized a set of production technology of selenium-enriched mulberry tea,enriched the types of selenium-enriched food,and provided a reference for the development of selenium-enriched mulberry tea products.
