施存统以厘清无政府主义与马克思主义为前提,以译介日本马克思主义研究和传播唯物史观为起点,以运用马克思主义分析中国革命与推动马克思主义民族化为关键,进行了马克思主义中国化的尝试与努力。施存统的早期探索,彰显了他作为一名马克思主义早期传播者捍卫、译介和传播马克思主义的自觉性,显现了马克思主义普遍真理要与中国国情相结合的先进性认识,同时暴露了没有把握中国实践真实情况与中国革命基本问题、无法形成理论联系实际的马克思主义中国化理论成果的历史性局限。施存统的早期探索经历对于当今重视对马克思主义理论精髓的把握、对中国实践具体要求的掌握、对马克思主义信仰的坚定、对马克思主义的方法指导实践的运用具有重要启示意义。

On the premise of clarifying anarchism and Marxism,taking the translation and introduction of Japanese Marxist studies and dissemination of historical materialism as the starting point,and taking the use of Marxism to analyze the Chinese revolution and promote the nationalization of Marxism as the key,Shi Cuntong made an attempt and effort to adapt Marxism to the Chinese context.Shi Cuntong’s early exploration demonstrates the consciousness of defending,translating and spreading Marxism as an early disseminator of Marxism,and shows the advanced understanding that Marxist universal truth should be adapted to China’s national conditions.Meanwhile,it exposes the historical limitations that didn't grasp the real situation of China’s practice and the essential issues of the Chinese revolution and couldn't form the theoretical achievements of Marxism's Sinicization that combines theory with practice.The early exploration experience of Shi Cuntong has important enlightenment significance for today’s emphasis on grasping the essence of Marxist theory,mastering the specific requirements of China’s practice,strengthening Marxist belief,and using Marxist methods to guide practice.
