同步经颅直流电刺激联合经皮耳迷走神经刺激对军校学员工作记忆的影响

Effects of Simultaneous Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Combined Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation on Working Memory in Military Cadets

摘要 目的 探讨同步经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)联合经皮耳迷走神经刺激(transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation,taVNS)对军校学员工作记忆的提升效果。方法 采用两因素混合实验设计(组别×测量次数),选取72名军校男性本科学员,完全随机分为3组,Sham组(接受假刺激干预),tDCS组(接受单一tDCS刺激),联合组(接受同步tDCS联合taVNS干预),每组24例受试对象。3组被试均接受连续3天、每天2次、每次间隔4h以上的干预。采用字母2-back范式的正确率与反应时动态评估被试干预前、干预后、干预后1周、干预后1个月的工作记忆能力的变化。结果 tDCS组和联合组军校学员的工作记忆能力自干预后显著提升(P<0.001),且联合组的提升效果优于tDCS组。结论 同步tDCS联合taVNS干预工作记忆具有一定的可行性与优势性,相同的干预时间比单一tDCS干预方法效果更好,持续时间更久。 Objective To investigate the effects of simultaneous transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) combined transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS) on the working memory of military cadets.Methods A two-factor mixed experimental design(group × number of measurements) was used to select 72 male undergraduate military cadets,who were randomly divided into 3 groups,the Sham group(receiving a sham stimulation intervention),the tDCS group(receiving a single tDCS stimulation) and the combined group(receiving simultaneous tDCS combined taVNS intervention),with 24 subjects in each.All 3 groups received the intervention twice a day for 3 consecutive days,with each interval of more than 4 h.The accuracy and reaction time of the letter 2-back paradigm were used to dynamically evaluate the changes of working memory ability of the subjects before and after the intervention,one week after the intervention and one month after the intervention.Results The working memory ability of the tDCS group and the combined group was significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.001),and the improvement effects of the combined group was better than that of the tDCS group.Conclusion Simultaneous tDCS combined taVNS intervention on working memory has certain feasibility and advantages,the same intervention time can achieve better effects and last longer than single tDCS intervention.
