攀钢1750 m^(3)高炉冶炼钒钛矿指标优化技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 炼铁技术发展到目前,高炉炼铁仍然是能效利用最高的工艺之一。高炉炉况稳定对铁水的产量及质量具有重要影响。钒钛磁铁矿资源开发与综合利用是国家的重大战略。攀钢攻克了用普通高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿这一技术难题,建设了攀西钒钛磁铁矿资源综合利用开发基地,逐步实现了对钒钛磁铁矿资源中铁、钒、钛元素的规模化利用。攀西地区原燃料特点为炼焦煤资源短缺,矿石有害元素含量高。由于影响高炉稳定顺行的因素繁多,高炉冶炼过程炉况波动时有发生,如何确保高炉的稳定顺行和低碳冶炼是有效利用攀西钒钛资源的重要前提。结合攀西地区资源特点和西昌钢钒1750 m^(3)高炉炉型生产实践,从送风制度、造渣制度、热制度、装料制度入手,通过理论分析、对比实际生产数据、与相近原燃料或炉型参数的高炉对标等方法,阐明了1750 m^(3)高炉冶炼钒钛矿保持炉况长期稳定的合理操作制度和特殊炉况快速恢复的技术路径及实施效果。研究结果可为钒钛磁铁矿资源高炉高效冶炼提供理论和生产实际指导。 Up to now,the blast furnace ironmaking is still one of the most energy-efficient processes in ironmaking technology.The stable condition of blast furnace has a significant impact on the production and quality of molten iron.The development and comprehensive utilization of vanadium titanium magnetite resources are major national strategies.Pangang Group has overcome the technical challenge of smelting vanadium titanium magnetite with ordinary blast furnaces,and has built a comprehensive utilization and development base for vanadium titanium magnetite resources in Panzhihua West(Panxi region),which has achieved the large-scale utilization of Fe,V,and Ti elements in vanadium titanium magnetite.The characteristics of raw materials and fuels in Panxi region are shortage of coking coal resources and high content of harmful elements in ores.Due to various factors that affect the stability and smooth operation of blast furnaces,fluctuations in furnace conditions occur during the smelting process.How to ensure stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and low-carbon smelting are important prerequisite for effectively utilizing the vanadium and titanium resources in Panxi region.The smelting technology of vanadium titanium ore based on the resource characteristics of Panxi region and 1750 m^(3)blast furnace type of Xichang Steel Vanadium were analyzed.Starting from air supply system,slag making system,thermal system,and charging system,through theoretical analysis,regression of actual production data,and benchmarking of blast furnaces with similar raw materials,fuels,or furnace type parameters,the reasonable operating system for maintaining long-term stability of vanadium titanium ore smelting in 1750 m^(3)blast furnaces was elucidated,as well as the technical path and implementation effect of rapid recovery for special furnace conditions.The result can provide theoretical and practical guidance for efficient smelting of vanadium titanium magnetite resources in blast furnaces.
