摘要
目的探讨鼠牙半支粗提物的体外抗氧化活性。方法通过NADH-PMS-NBT法、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法等,对中药材鼠牙半支乙醇粗提物的体外抗氧化活性进行评估,同时测定其粗提物中总多糖、总多酚含量。结果鼠牙半支经75%乙醇提取后所得到的粗提物中,总多糖含量为15.33%,总多酚含量为0.81%;在对超氧根自由基(IC_(50)=1.21mg/mL)、ABTS自由基及羟基自由基的研究中表现出很好的清除能力,同时,在总抗氧化能力方面也表现出较好的活性。结论中药鼠牙半支粗提物在自由基清除方面均表现出良好的清除能力,体现出较好的体外抗氧化活性,这可能对今后鼠牙半支作为抗氧化剂的研究有一定指导意义。
Objective To explore the in vitro antioxidant activity of the crude extracts of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.Methods Through the NADH-PMS-NBT method,2,2-azinobis(3-ethyl-benzothiazole-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt(ABTS)method,the in vitro antioxidant activity of the ethanolic crude extracts of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge was evaluated,and the total polysaccharides and polyphenols contents in the crude extracts were also determined.Results The total polysaccharide content of 15.33%and the total polyphenol content of 0.81%in the crude extract obtained after 75%ethanol extraction of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.It showed good scavenging ability in response to superoxide radicals(IC_(50)=1.21mg/mL),ABTS radicals,hydroxyl radicals,and also showed good activity in terms of total antioxidant capacity.Conclusion The crude extract of the Chinese medicine,Sedum sarmentosum Bunge possessed good activity in terms of free radical scavenging and showed good antioxidant activity in vitro,which may have certain guiding significance.
