水泥粉磨系统的节能降耗实践

摘要 通过优化改造辊压机系统及球磨机系统,调整助磨剂加入位置,优化选粉机收尘灰进入流程等措施,提高水泥粉磨系统台时产量;通过采用空气悬浮风机、变频器改造风机,淘汰高能耗空压机等措施对辅助设备进行升级改造,提高风机和空压机效能;通过拆除皮带机、裙板机、收尘器螺旋输送机、磨尾收尘器空气斜槽,改造灰斗及选粉机旋风筒下料管等措施,优化粉磨系统工艺流程;通过减少设备空运转及低负荷运转时间,减少粉磨系统压缩空气泄漏量,优化收尘器喷吹频次及管道布置,生产用电避峰就谷运行等措施,对粉磨系统进行精细化管理。改造后,水泥制备工段电耗由34.9kW·h/t降至30.8kW·h/t,可满足国标能耗限额要求。 By optimizing the roller press system and ball mill system,adjusting the position of grinding aids,optimizing the dust into the process of selecting powder machine,the output of cement grinding system is increased.Through the use of air suspension fan,inverter fan transformation,elimination of high energy consumption air compressor and other measures to upgrade the auxiliary equipment to improve the efficiency of the fan and air compressor,the technological process of grinding system was optimized by removing belt machine,skirt board machine,spiral conveyor of dust collector,air chute of grinding tail dust collector,reforming ash hopper and cyclone tube.It achieved the fine management of grinding system due to reducing the idle and low-load operation time of the equipment,reducing the compressed air leakage of the grinding system,optimizing the spray frequency and piping arrangement of the dust collectors,and using electricity to avoid peak-to-valley production and operation.After transformation,the power consumption of cement preparation section is reduced from 34.9 kW·h/t to 30.8 kW·h/t,which can meet the requirement of national standard.
