包容性数字经济助推共同富裕的作用机制研究

随着互联网的迅速发展和数字经济的蓬勃兴起,工业社会正在逐渐向信息社会转型。然而,由于不同经济主体对信息技术的获取和使用条件存在差异,导致了信息落差、知识分隔、贫富分化等问题。同时,我国经济发展的不平衡和不充分以及数字治理体制的不完善,使得城乡区域发展和收入分配差距依然较大。这妨碍了共同富裕整体目标的实现,因此应该将包容性发展与数字经济紧密结合起来。包容性数字经济主要有两方面的要求:一是要推动数字经济的发展以促进经济社会整体性的发展,并丰富人们的物质和精神生活。二是要在数字化转型的过程中维护社会公平正义,保障人的平等发展和人格尊严,促进人的全面发展和全面进步。因此,包容性数字经济是推动高质量发展的重要动力源,在扎实推进全体人民共同富裕的过程中具有关键性作用。

With the rapid development of the Internet and the vigorous rise of the digital economy,industrial society is gradually transforming into an information society.However,due to differences in the access to and use of information technology among different economic entities,issues such as information disparity,knowledge segregation,and wealth differentiation have emerged.At the same time,the imbalances and inadequacies in China's economic development,as well as the imperfect digital governance system,have led to significant disparities in regional development and income distribution between urban and rural areas.This hinders the overall goal of achieving common prosperity.Therefore,inclusive development should be closely integrated with the digital economy.Inclusive digital economy has two main requirements.Firstly,to promote the development of the digital economy to facilitate the overall development of the economy and society,enriching people's material and spiritual lives.Secondly,to maintain social fairness and justice during the process of digital transformation,ensuring equal development and human dignity,and promoting comprehensive development and progress for all individuals.Inclusive digital economy is a crucial driving force for promoting high-quality development and plays a key role in the solid advancement of the overall goal of common prosperity for all people.
