本文从政策背景、项目实施的有利条件及面临的主要困难等方面进行了深入分析,探索适宜当地林业碳汇高质量发展的有效途径,提出了切实可行的保障措施,旨在助力“双碳”目标如期实现。

Here a systematic analysis was given on the decision-making contexts,preferences in project implementation and main challenges.Some effective ways were also explored suitable for the high-quality development of forestry carbon sinks in Xining City of Qinghai Province,China.Practical measures were finally proposed to achieve the"dual carbon"goals.
