立体3D补片在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的应用效果

Application effects of stereoscopic 3D patch in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

目的:观察立体3D补片在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年3月该院收治的86例隐匿性腹股沟疝患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各43例。两组均给予TAPP术治疗,对照组采用普通疝气补片植入,研究组采用立体3D补片植入,比较两组围术期指标水平、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、术后并发症发生率和疝复发率。结果:研究组首次下床活动时间、手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、7 d,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率、疝复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:立体3D补片用于TAPP可加快隐匿性腹股沟疝患者术后康复,降低VAS评分、术后并发症发生率和疝复发率,其效果优于普通疝气补片。

Objective:To observe application effects of stereoscopic 3D patch in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with occult inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with TAPP.The control group was implanted with conventional hernia patch,while the study group was implanted with the stereoscopic 3D patch.The perioperative index levels,the postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the hernia recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The first out of bed time,the operation time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after the surgery,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of postoperative complications and hernia recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Stereoscopic 3D mesh implantation in TAPP for the patients with occult inguinal hernia can reduce perioperative index levels,the VAS scores,the incidence of postoperative complications and the hernia recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to conventional hernia patch implantation.
