祛腐生肌方治疗中华眼镜蛇咬伤溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Study of Qufu Shengji Prescription in Treating of Chinese Cobra Bite Ulcer

目的观察祛腐生肌方治疗中华眼镜蛇咬伤溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法将60例中华眼镜蛇咬伤后伤口溃疡的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组患者均给予毒蛇咬伤后的常规处理,并清除坏死组织。治疗组在上述治疗基础上,给予祛腐生肌方均匀涂抹在溃疡面上,并外用无菌纱布覆盖和绷带固定妥当。对照组在上述治疗基础上,给予利凡诺尔湿敷溃疡创面。两组患者均每天换药2次,治疗2周。结果治疗2周后,治疗组患者在溃疡肢体肿胀、皮疹、疼痛、愈合有效率、愈合时间、后遗症等方面的比较,治疗组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛腐生肌方对治疗中华眼镜蛇咬伤溃疡后红肿、皮疹、疼痛、愈合有效率、愈合时间、后遗症等疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qufu Shengji Prescription on the treatment of Chinese co⁃bra bite ulcer,and to provide clinical support for the treatment of Chinese cobra bite ulcer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with wound ulcer after Chinese cobra bite were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after Chinese cobra bite and the ne⁃crotic tissue was removed.On the basis of the above treatment,the treatment group was given Qufu Shengji Pre⁃scription evenly smeared on the ulcer surface,covered with sterile gauze and fixed with bandage.The control group was given rivanol wet compress ulcer wound on the basis of routine treatment.All patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks with dressing change twice a day.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the aspects of swelling,rash,pain,healing efficiency,healing time,sequelae and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufu Shengji Prescription is effective in treating redness,rash,pain,healing effi⁃ciency,healing time and sequelae after bite ulcer of Chinese cobra.
