小儿推拿联合药物治疗对脾虚型非感染性腹泻儿童肠道菌群的影响

Effect of Pediatric Massage Combined with Drug Therapy on Intestinal Flora in Children with Noninfectious Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency

目的:研究小儿推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对脾虚型非感染性腹泻儿童肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年4月就诊于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院以及福建省儿童医院的60例脾虚型非感染性腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组患儿以推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,对照组患儿单纯给予口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后肠道菌群肠杆菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属的数值。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的大便次数、性状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿肠杆菌属、肠球菌属数值低于对照组,乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属数值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿肠道菌群指数丰富度指数(Chao1)以及多样性指数(Shannon)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗脾虚型非感染性腹泻的效果优于单纯口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,有助于改善患儿病情,且安全可靠。

Objective To study the effects of pediatric massage combined with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triplex viable tablets on intestinal flora in children with spleen deficiency noninfectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 60 children with noninfectious diarrhea with spleen deficiency treated in The Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine and Fujian Children's Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The children in the observation group were treated with massage combined with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets,and the children in the control group were only treated with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets.The values of intestinal flora of enterobacterium,enterococcus,lactobacillus and bifidobacterium before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stool frequency and trait of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of enterobacterium and enterococcus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while those of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the richness index(Chao1)and diversity index(Shannon)of intestinal flora in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pediatric massage combined with oral bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplets in the treatment of spleen deficiency noninfectious diarrhea is better than that of oral bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplets alone,which is helpful to improve the condition of children,and is safe and reliable.
