群众工作能力是中国共产党领导的重要力量与源泉,是提升党长期执政能力的根本,提升群众工作能力成为全体党员干部尤其是基层党员干部的必修课。新时代发展给基层党的群众工作带来新挑战、新要求和新任务。基于此,指出了基层党员干部提升群众工作能力的重要意义,分析了当前基层党员干部群众工作存在的问题,探索了基层党员干部提升群众工作能力的途径。

The ability of the masses to work is an important force and source of the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and is the foundation for improving the party's long-term ability to govern.The development of the new era has brought new challenges,new requirements and new tasks to the mass work of the grassroots party.Based on this,this paper points out the importance of grassroots party members and cadres to improve the ability of the masses to work,analyzes the current problems of the mass work of grassroots party members and cadres,and explores the ways of grassroots party members and cadres to improve the ability of the masses.
