党建标杆院系创建视域下大学生党员先进性教育实践

Practice of Advancement Education of College Student Party Members from the Perspective of Establishing Bench-marking Departments in Party Building

新时代高校党建工作标杆院系创建要求必须加强大学生党员先进性教育,努力使大学生党员成为德智体美劳全面发展的新时代大学生的表率,这是全面从严治党、高校党建“双创”工作和为党育人、为国育才的内在要求。目前,大学生党员先进性教育面临外部多元化社会思潮和价值取向带来的负面影响以及内部党员发展工作本身存在的问题和不足。为此,新时代大学生党员先进性教育要在制度层面上健全和完善体制机制、内容和形式层面上创新和完善内容建设和载体方法、实现路径上严把党员发展过程中的“五关”,从而实现大学生党员的先进性。

The establishment of bench-marking departments in Party building in the new era requires that we must strengthen the advanced nature education of college student Party members,and strive to make college student Party members become the example of college students with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labour education.It is the internal requirements of comprehensively strict Party governance,the"double innovation"work of Party building in colleges and universities,and educating talents for the Party and the country.At present,the education for maintaining the advanced nature of college student Party members faces the negative influence brought by the diversification of social trend of thought and value orientation externally and the problems and deficiencies of the Party members development internally itself.Therefore,the education to preserve advanced nature of college student Party members in the new era should improve and perfect the system and mechanism on the system level,innovate and improve the content construction,carrier and method exploration on the content and form level,and strictly control the"five passes"in the process of Party member development on the realization path,so as to realize the advanced nature of college student Party members.
