摘要
数字经济背景下职业院校开展好劳动教育,需要深入研究数字经济带来的新变化,并在教学场域、教学载体、课程评价等方面做出调整以适应现实发展之需。职业院校开展劳动教育要把握劳动教育之根本,在课程属性、价值导向、育人目标等方面守住根本。应对数字经济时代劳动教育课程的变化,授课教师需要将技术优势融入课程属性,实现数字经济赋能劳动教育,聚焦核心素养以拓展课程的深度,凝练教学特色以提升课程的精度,构建育人合力以增强课程的效度。
In the context of the digital economy,vocational colleges need to carry out labor education well.Teachers need to conduct in-depth research on the new changes brought about by the digital economy,and make adjustments in teaching fields,teaching carriers,course evaluations,and other aspects to adapt to the needs of practical development.To carry out labor education,we must grasp the fundamental aspects of labor education,such as curriculum attributes,value orientation,and educational goals.In response to the changes in labor education curriculum in the digital economy era,teachers need to integrate technological advantages into the curriculum attributes,achieve the empowerment of labor education through the digital economy,focus on core competencies to expand the depth of the curriculum,condense teaching characteristics to improve the accuracy of the curriculum,and build a collaborative force in education to enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum.
