摘要
学前教育专业对职业人才音乐素养具有一定的要求。音乐课程教学设计要充分契合职业人才未来岗位工作需求,基于行业发展趋势及岗位工作内容,构建合理课程教学实践方案,进一步运用构建合作育人体系、强化教师队伍建设及深化个性化教学实践引导等教育对策,加强各个阶段音乐课程教学的教育衔接紧密性,为高职学前教育专业音乐课程教学的高质量推进提供教育保障。
Preschool education majors have certain requirements for professional talents'music literacy.The teaching design of music courses should fully meet the future job needs of professional talents.Based on the industry development trend and job content,a reasonable curriculum teaching practice plan should be constructed,and educational strategies such as building a cooperative education system,strengthening the construction of teacher teams,and deepening personalized teaching practice guidance should be further applied to strengthen the educational connection and tightness of music course teaching at various stages,to provide educational guarantee for the high-quality promotion of music course teaching in vocational preschool education majors.
