摘要
门座式起重机(以下简称门机)是散杂货码头装卸作业的关键设备,其灵活的装卸特性深受用户欢迎。在起升下降以及主要机构减速过程中,势能及动能会转换为再生电能,而门机设备上所配置的变频驱动系统通常采用制动电阻将再生电能转换成热能消耗,或是通过公共的整流回馈单元将再生电能回馈到供电电网。起重机储能型能量回馈系统不同于上述2种技术方案,配置储能型能量回馈系统的门机,整机能效水平提升明显,还能降低门机主电源的峰值负载,实现优化码头配电网络的功能。
Gantry cranes(hereinafter referred to as gantry cranes)are the key equipment for loading and unloading operations in bulk terminals,and their flexible loading and unloading characteristics are very popular among users.The inverter drive system configured on the gantry crane equipment usually adopts braking resistor to convert the regenerative power into thermal energy consumption,or through the public rectifier feedback unit to feed the regenerative power back into the power supply grid.Crane energy storage-type energy feedback system is different from the aforesaid two technical solutions,configured with energy storage-type energy feedback system of the gantry,the whole machine energy efficiency level increases significantly,but also reduces the peak load of the main power supply of the gantry,achieving the optimization of the terminal power distribution network function.
