摘要
文中针对料仓给煤系统中给煤机的缺陷,开发一种新结构的带式给煤机,其具有质量轻、给料量大、调整方便、噪声小、维修方便等特点。新结构克服了目前料仓给煤系统中带式给煤机的缺点,从根本上解决了输送带跑偏的问题。对托辊结构进行重新设计,以及托辊架加入缓冲功能,可达到双重缓冲的作用,延长了托辊及机架的使用寿命。
Considering the defects of coal feeder in silo coal feeding system,a new structure of belt coal feeder is proposed.The coal feeder has the advantages of light weight,large feeding capacity,low noise and convenient adjustment and maintenance,which overcomes the shortcomings of the belt coal feeder in the current bunker coal feeding system and fundamentally solves the problem of belt deviation.The idler was redesigned to enable the idler frame the buffering function,realizing double buffering function and prolonging the service life of the idler and the frame.
