煤基凝胶材料墩柱对综采工作面过空巷的支护效果研究

摘要 为探讨以煤为骨料的胶凝材料形成的墩柱对空巷的支护效果,按相关设计参数及配比对乌兰木伦矿12407工作面遗留空巷支护进行了现场试验与支护效果监测。工作面靠近空巷过程中,墩柱与顶板之间预留的50~100 mm空间逐渐被压缩,与空巷相距3 m时,墩柱与顶板相接触,部分墩柱被压坏,顶底最大移近量为142 mm;与空巷贯通过程中,空巷与硐室交叉口处出现较大下沉,下沉量486.9 mm,靠近该处的煤基墩柱开始碎裂,但空巷顶板保持完整,除交叉口外,空巷其他位置顶底移近量均在200 mm以内;空巷区工作面液压支架压力稳定,工作面顺利通过空巷。该试验结果可为工作面过空巷提供经验借鉴。 In order to investigate the supporting effect of pier column formed by cementing material with coal as aggregate on empty roadway,field test and supporting effect monitoring were carried out according to relevant design parameters and ratio of the remaining empty roadway at 12407 working face of Wulanmulun mine.When the working face is close to the empty roadway,the reserved space of 50-100 mm between the pier column and the roof is gradually compressed.When the distance between the pier column and the empty roadway is 3 m,the pier column and the roof contact,part of the pier column is crushed,and the maximum displacement of the top and bottom is 142 mm.In the process of connecting with the empty roadway,there is a large subsidence at the intersection of the empty roadway and the chamber,the subsidence amount is 486.9 mm.The coal base pier column near the intersection begins to crumble,but the empty roadway roof remains intact.In addition to the intersection,the subsidence amount at the top and bottom of the other positions of the empty roadway is within 200 mm;the hydraulic support pressure of the working face in the empty roadway area is stable,and the working face passes through the empty roadway smoothly.The test results can provide experience reference for working face through empty roadway.
