冲击地压靶向精准监测预警和防控实践研究

摘要 针对永陇公司崔木煤矿防冲工程的系统性、监测预警的准确性、方案措施的针对性不足等问题,利用应力场、能量场、震动场等时空融合监测方法,建立符合崔木煤矿地质与生产技术条件的冲击危险动态监测预警、防控和检验一体化的防冲体系,并在构造复杂、有较大冲击风险的22311工作面进行工程实践。结果表明:多场耦合监测技术能够为崔木煤矿冲击地压危险区域识别、预警和解危措施实施提供有效依据。通过定量识别冲击危险状态及其等级,在空间域上靶向定位危险区域,并在预警区域开展卸压、解危措施,成功解除了22311工作面的冲击地压隐患,减少了监测与治理的盲目性,保证了工作面安全高效开采。研究成果对冲击地压防控技术的发展及指导现场安全生产具有重要的现实意义。 Aiming at the problems of the systematicness,accuracy of monitoring and early warning,and insufficient pertinence of the plan and measures of the erosion prevention project,Cuimu coal mine of Yonglong company utilizes time-space fusion monitoring methods such as stress field,energy field,and vibration field.It establishes an integrated impact prevention system that meets the geological and production technical conditions of Cuimu coal mine and integrates dynamic monitoring,early warning,prevention,control,and inspection of impact hazards,and conducts engineering practice in the 22311 working face with complex structures and high impact risks.The result shows that the multi field coupling monitoring technology can provide an effective basis for the identification,early warning,and implementation of risk mitigation measures for rockburst in Cuimu coal mine.By quantitatively identifying the status and level of rockburst hazards,targeting hazardous areas in the spatial domain,and implementing pressure relief and hazard relief measures in the early warning area,the potential rockburst hazards in the 22311 working face were successfully removed,reducing the blindness of monitoring and treatment,and ensuring safe and efficient mining in the working face.The research result has important practical significance for the development of rockburst prevention and control technology and guiding on-site safety production.
