摘要
为解决综采工作面供液系统压力波动大、供液响应不及时的问题,提出了一种基于跟随压力波动频率变频的多泵启停联动与卸荷阀自适应阶梯控制的系统稳压方法,并设计了一套乳化液泵智能供液控制系统,实现了综采工作面的稳压供液。系统采用主从式系统架构,以KXH12矿用本安型控制器作为主站与分站的控制核心,变频驱动装置选用BPQJ-(1555、60)/1140型矿用组合变频器。主站负责压力控制方法的实现,并协调多泵联动;分站负责乳化泵状态监测,执行主站指令,控制变频器的输出。系统在煤矿井下进行了试验,达到了预期稳压效果。
In order to solve the problems of large pressure fluctuation and untimely liquid supply response in the liquid supply system of fully mechanized coal mining face,a system pressure stabilizing method of multi pump linkage and adaptive ladder control of unloading valve based on frequency conversion of following the pressure fluctuation frequency was proposed,and a set of emulsion pump intelligent liquid supply control system was designed to achieve stable liquid supply in fully mechanized coal mining face.The system adopts a master-slave system architecture,with KXH12 mining intrinsic safety controller as the control core of the master station and slavestation,and the variable frequency drive device selects BPQJ-(1555,60)/1140 mining combined frequency converter.The master station is responsible for implementing pressure control methods and coordinating multi pump linkage.The slavestation is responsible for monitoring the status of the emulsion pump,executing master station commands,and controlling the output of the frequency converter.The system has been tested in coal mines and achieved the expected results.
