矿井机车运输智能监控平台设计与应用

摘要 目前,煤矿现有的车辆调度系统仅具有一些状态信息的展示和发布、静态视频监控和固定逻辑的红绿灯控制等常规功能,车辆缺乏统一的调配和利用,综合运输效率低,为提升井下轨道机车运输监控系统的智能化水平,构建了基于物联信息技术的矿井机车运输智能监控平台。该平台采用C/S架构;设计实时数据交互接口,实时获取和分析煤矿现有系统采集的数据;采用GIS控件进行地图设计,实时反映井下环境变化情况;设计综合报警功能;运用MEF技术设计交互组件;构建形成矿井机车运输智能监控平台。该平台在开滦集团吕家坨矿进行应用,应用效果表明,该平台能够实现井下运输信号精准控制与调度,提高矿井机车的整体运输效率,保障人员和设备的安全。 At present,the existing vehicle dispatching system in coal mine only has some conventional functions such as display and release of state information,static video monitoring and fixed logic traffic light control,etc.,in order to improve the intelligent level of underground locomotive transportation monitoring system,an intelligent monitoring platform for mine locomotive transportation based on IoT information technology is constructed.The platform adopts C/S structure,designs real-time data interface,acquires and analyzes the data collected by the existing system in coal mine in real time,designs the map with GIS control,and reflects the change of underground environment in real time design integrated alarm function,use MEF technology to design interactive components,build an intelligent monitoring platform for mine locomotive transportation.The platform is applied in Lvjiatuo mine of Kailuan group,the application result shows that the platform can realize accurate control and dispatch of underground transportation signal,and improve the overall transportation efficiency of mine locomotive,ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
