中华传统武德融入中学体育与健康课程教学的价值意蕴与实践路径研究

摘要 武德作为一种美德、社会意识形态的表现和精神文化的载体,它可以作为规范人们学习、生活和行为方式的准则,渗透在人们的思想和言行之中,指导学校体育教学目标的实现和提升体育学科核心素养。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法进行研究分析,探索武德融入中学体育与健康课程教学中的价值意蕴与实践路径,旨在提高体育学科核心素养,促进课程目标的实现与保障教学质量,力担教育使命。 Wude,as a manifestation of virtue,social ideology,and spiritual and cultural carrier,can serve as a criterion for regulating people's learning,life,and behavior,permeating people's thoughts and actions,guiding the achievement of school physical education teaching goals,and promoting the cultivation of core literacy in physical education.The article uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to conduct research and analysis,exploring the value implications and practical paths of integrating martial arts ethics into the teaching of physical education and health courses in middle schools.The aim is to improve the core literacy of physical education,promote the achievement of curriculum goals and ensure teaching quality,and shoulder the educational mission.
