新时代民族传统体育的生产性保护与专业人才协同培养的实现路径探究

民族传统体育体现了民族的情感和精神,是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成。在现代文明的冲击下,民族传统体育面临着日渐减少的状况,在传承和保护的多年探索与实践中,提出了生产性保护的方式。民族传统体育的发展呈现出的现代化进程削弱了民族传统体育文化意识、经济“回流效应”,导致传承人才匮乏、配套设施开发不完善,缺乏引流能力的现状。因此,探讨民族传统体育的生产性保护与生活传承中的生产和生活属性、核心问题以及如何实现生产性保护与生活传承。最后提出了破除协同壁垒,树立协同培养理念、完善分配制度,推进人才合理流动、建立激励制度,助力社会充分参与的专业人才协同培养的实现路径。
