钨矿资源开发利用现状和清洁生产技术探讨

The Development and Utilization of Tungsten Resource and Its Clean Production Technology

本文主要围绕国内外钨矿资源的特点、开发利用和清洁生产技术的发展情况进行了简要阐述,通过调研统计数据和行业发展状况,分析了钨资源储量、产量分布情况及钨资源开发利用清洁生产技术现状,指出了中国钨资源开发利用存在的若干突出问题。针对钨资源清洁生产技术问题,探讨了未来钨资源开发在采矿、选矿及冶炼技术上的发展思路,主要是发展智能采矿技术、创新采矿方法、智能抛废技术、钨选矿新工艺、新药剂、新设备、选矿废水回用技术、风化钨选矿技术及选冶一体化技术等。提出了钨资源开发利用的各个环节要大力发展清洁生产技术,推动钨行业健康可持续发展。

The characteristics,development and utilization of tungsten resources and the development of clean production technology are briefly described.Through the statistical data and the development of the industry,we analyzed the reserves and production distribution of tungsten resources and the present situation of clean production technology in the exploitation and utilization of tungsten resources,and pointed out some outstanding problems in the exploitation and utilization of tungsten resources in China.In the light of the technical problems of clean production of tungsten resources,we probed into the development ideas of the exploitation of tungsten resources in mining,mineral processing and smelting technologies in the future,which are mainly about developing intelligent mining technology,innovative mining methods,intelligent waste disposal technology,new tungsten ore dressing technology,new reagents,new equipment,ore dressing wastewater reuse technology,weathered tungsten ore dressing technology and ore dressing-smelting integration technology.
