面向桥型架构电网的资源共享型双主站稳控系统设计

摘要 当局部电力送出或受入电网架构为桥梁型或三角环型时,常规稳控系统设计方式无法准确选取故障断面和制定控制措施量,可能导致稳控系统动作措施量过大,进而产生功率不平衡量引发电网频率大幅波动,尤其在体量相对较小的异步运行电网中,带来的负面效应更加明显。文章设计一种面向桥型架构电网的资源共享型双主站稳控系统,通过优化稳控系统架构设计、选择可靠通信网络及设计高效数据算法、精准识别电网运行方式及匹配故障参考断面、准确选取控制资源的方式,在电网故障时可以实现以最小过切精准切除的方式解决系统问题。文中的设计思路在西南电网某省的区域稳控系统中实现了工程应用,通过厂内测试实验及实时数字仿真系统(real-timedigitalsimulationsystem,RTDS)实验验证了稳控系统的可靠性,同时也为后续在同类型的电网中推广应用提供了参考。 When the structure of local power transmission or receiving grid is bridge type or triangular ring type,the conventional design method of stability control system cannot accurately select the fault section and formulate the amount of control measures,which may lead to excessive action measures of stability control system,resulting in power imbalance and large frequency fluctuation of power grid,especially in asynchronous operation power grid with relatively small volume,the negative effects are more obvious.This paper designs a resource sharing dual master station stability control system for the bridge structure type of power grid.By optimizing the stability control system architecture design,selecting reliable communication networks and designing efficient data algorithms,accurately identifying the power grid operation mode and matching the fault reference section,and accurately selecting the control resources,thus the system problems can be solved in the way of minimum over cut and accurate removal in case of power grid fault.The design idea in this paper has been applied in the regional stability control system of a province of Southwest power grid.The reliability of the stability control system is verified by a plant test experiment and real-time digital simulation system(RTDS)experiment.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the subsequent popularization and application in the same type of power grid.
