摘要
为推动ChatGPT类生成式人工智能在教育领域的应用,了解大学生对其接受度是十分必要的。本文以UTAUT模型为基础,构建了大学生生成式人工智能接受度模型。采用问卷调查法,分析得出大学生对ChatGPT类生成式人工智能整体处于接受状态;绩效期望、努力期望、感知趣味性和社会影响对接受行为意向具有正向影响,感知风险具有负向影响,影响程度由强到若依次为绩效期望、社会影响、努力期望、感知趣味性和感知风险;不同性别、不同年级在接受度因素上表现出不同的差异性,而专业类别并无显著影响。
It is necessary to understand the acceptance of ChatGPT type generative artificial intelligence among college students in order to promote its application in the field of education.This article constructs a generative artificial intelligence acceptance model for college students based on the UTAUT model.Using a questionnaire survey method,it was analyzed that college students are generally in a receptive state towards ChatGPT type generative artificial intelligence;Performance expectations,effort expectations,perceived interest,and social influence have a positive impact on acceptance behavior intention,while perceived risk has a negative impact.The degree of influence,from strong to strong,is in order of performance expectations,social influence,effort expectations,perceived interest,and perceived risk;Different genders and grades show different differences in acceptance factors,while professional categories have no significant impact.
