主观感知下体育公园建成环境对居民运动行为的影响研究

Impact of the perceived built environment at sports parks on resident physical activity

为探究体育公园建成环境对居民运动行为的影响,揭示建成环境、感知反馈与运动行为的内在关系,以杭州城北体育公园为研究对象,将建成环境、环境感知与运动行为三者关联化,通过调研行为数据进行实证研究。结果表明,在影响居民游憩满意度的感知评价中,环境度对运动行为影响最大。继续研究发现,要素感知对不同强度运动的发生频率和持续时间的影响效度不同。在研究结果的基础上提出了改善体育公园运动建成环境品质的建议。

To elucidate the influence of sports park environments on residents' participation in physical activities,this study examines the intrinsic connection among the built environment,perceptual feedback,and exercise behavior.Focusing on North City Sports Park in Hangzhou,the research establishes an empirical correlation between the physical characteristics of the built environment,residents' perception thereof,and subsequent physical activity.The results indicate that environmental quality holds the greatest sway in residents' satisfaction and engagement in recreational sports.Further analysis reveals that perceived elements differentially affect the frequency and duration of varying intensities of physical exercise.Building on these findings,the paper proposes targeted improvements to enhance the quality of the built environment in sports parks,aiming to optimize their utility for exercise and recreation.
