不同附树栽培下铁皮石斛茎微量元素及有效成分分析

摘要 为筛选优良种源及最佳附生树种,促进贵州石斛产业发展,本文以5个不同种源铁皮石斛在麻栎(Quercus acutissima Carruth.)、枫香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)上的附树栽培为研究对象,分析了茎微量元素锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、硒(Se)、镍(Ni)7种微量元素及总多糖、总黄酮、总生物碱等有效成分的差异。结果表明:从茎微量元素角度出发,最适宜于该地区推广种植的种源是梵净山种源,附生树种优选枫香;其次是广西九万大山高寒品种,附生树种优选麻栎;从有效成分积累的角度出发,广西九万大山高寒品种是较适宜于该地区推广种植的种源,附生树种优选麻栎;其次是安龙本地种源,附生树种以麻栎为佳。 This study aims to screen the superior provenances and the optimal epiphytic tree species for the better development of Dendrobium industry.The research object was also taken from five provenances as the cultivation of Dendrobium candidum on Quercus acutissima and Liquidambar formosana in Guizhou Province,China.Seven micronutrient micronutrients were then detected,including Mn,Zn,Fe,Cu,Cr,Se,Ni,total polysaccharides,flavonoids and alkaloids.The results showed that the best cultivation was Fanjingshan provenance with the liquidambar formosana as the epiphytic species,followed by Guangxi Jiuwan Mountain species with Quercus acutissima as the epiphytic species,from the perspective of stem and micronutrien.Furthermore,GuangxiJiuwan Mountain species with Quercus acutissima was the best epiphytic species,in terms of the active ingredient.The native provenance of Anlong County with Quercus acutissima was the preferred epiphytic tree species in the study area.
