摘要
为明确无序采集鲜艳乳菇是造成此类野生菌出现大小年现象的原因,分别设置不同的子实体采摘方式,对鲜艳乳菇出菇数量进行统计。结果表明:全部连根拔出采摘和留下个别子实体不采摘(留菌种)的方式将对下一出菇周期子实体数量造成严重影响;保护菌盘可显著提高子实体数量,采摘时既保护菌盘又留下子实体方式效果最好。研究结果可为外生菌根类珍稀食用菌的保育促产技术与推广应用提供参考依据。
This study aims to clarify the occurrence of the dearth year on Lactarius vividus.Different basidiocarps picking methods were utilized to count the number of basidiocarps of L.vividus.The results showed that the number of basidiocarps in the next cycle was seriously affected by all root extraction and leaving individual basidiocarps without picking(retained strains).The protecting plate was significantly improved the number of basidiocarps.The optimal picking mode was combined with the protecting plate and leaving basidiocarps.The finding can also provide a strong reference for the conservation and promotion of rare edible fungi.
