铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育在民族地区的实践研究

A Practical Study on the Publicity and Education of Fostering A Strong Sense of Chinese National Identity in Ethnic Minority Areas

在民族地区组织开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育,不仅能够促进各族群众形成强大的精神合力,而且能够提升各部门之间的协作能力,增进政府与各族群众的和谐关系,提升民族工作者的综合素质,进而推进民族地区民族事务治理现代化,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作的重要内容。以内蒙古自治区某县为研究对象,通过调查该地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识主题教育基地和民族团结创建等工作,分析该县铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育实践的现状,发现该县目前存在工作人员综合素质不高、宣传教育实践的形式有待丰富、宣传教育与各族群众生活融合度不够等问题。针对上述问题,提出完善该县铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的路径:一是积极培训铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育工作人员,建设高素质的宣传教育工作队伍;二是利用本土宣传媒介,因地制宜地优化宣传教育形式;三是聚集该县各企业、学校、机关单位等多方力量,共同把宣传教育融入各族群众的工作和生活。

Organizing and carrying out publicity and education to foster a strong sense of Chinese national identity in ethnic minority areas can not only promote the formation of strong spiritual synergy among the peo-ple of all ethnic groups,but also enhance the collaboration ability between various departments;the harmonious relationship between the government and the people of all ethnic groups;the comprehensive quality of ethnic mi-nority workers,and promote the modernization of ethnic minority affairs governance in ethnic minority areas,which is an important content of fostering a strong sense of Chinese national identity.Taking K County,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper investigates the theme education base of foster-ing a strong sense of Chinese national identity and the establishment of ethnic minority unity in the region.By analyzing the current situation of the publicity and education practice of fostering a strong sense of Chinese na-tional identity in K County,It is found that there are still some problems in K County,such as the low compre-hensive quality of the staff,the insufficient practice form of publicity and education activities,and the insuffi-cient integration of publicity and education activities with the life of the people of various ethnic groups.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the path to improve the publicity and education of fostering a strong sense of Chinese national identity in K County:First,we need to build a high-quality publicity and ed-ucation team through active training to establish a team with a strong sense of Chinese national identity publici-ty and education.Second,we should use the local publicity media to optimize the form of publicity and educa-tion activities according to local conditions;Third,we need to gather the strength of the enterprises,schools,or-gans and units in K County to jointly integrate publicity and education into the work and life of the people of all ethnic groups.
