颈椎与肝脏相关疾病关系的中医认识

Relationship between cervical vertebra and liver-related diseases of traditional Chinese medicine

由颈椎引起的与肝脏密切相关的疾病属于“筋病”与“情志病”的“合病”。肝在体合筋,主疏泄、调畅情志;肝郁不达则情志郁结,气血凝滞,筋脉不利。肝脏相关疾病如高血压、失眠和郁病等与颈椎关节紊乱引起的脑-交感神经症状有关。基于肝脏的生理功能特征,论述颈椎与肝脏相关疾病关系,以期为临床诊疗脊柱相关疾病提供新思路。

The diseases closely related to the liver caused by the cervical vertebra belong to the"combined diseases"of"tendon diseases"and"emotional diseases".The liver connects physiologically with tendons in controlling conveyance and dispersion,and acts to regulate emotions.If the liver qi gets stagnated and cannot move smoothly,emotions may get depressed,qi and blood may get stagnated and coagulated,and the muscles and meridians will be weakened.Modern studies have found that the liver-related diseases such as hypertension,insomnia,and depression are associated with the brain-sympathetic nerve symptoms caused by cervical dislocation,Therefore,based on the physiological function characteristics of the liver,this paper discusses the correlation between cervical vertebra and liver-related diseases,in a bid to provide new ideas for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment of spine-related diseases.
