摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出泽兰:主要功效为活血调经,祛瘀消痈,利水消肿。症靶为水肿、月经不调。现代药理研究发现泽兰及其有效成分具有改善肝肾功能、抗凝血、抗血栓、保护胃黏膜等作用。本品无毒,血虚无瘀者慎服,孕妇禁服。临床使用剂量为6~30 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索泽兰用量与症靶的量效关系构建。
Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that hirsute shiny bugleweed herb mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve promoting blood circulation for regulating menstruation,dispelling blood stasis for eliminating carbuncles,inducing diuresis for removing edema.Its symptom targets are edema and menstrual disorders.Modern pharmacological studies have found that the herb and its active ingredients have positive effects on the improvement of renal function,liver function,anticoagulation,antithrombosis and the protection of gastric mucosa,etc.It is non-toxic,but patients with blood deficiency and blood stasis should take it with caution,and pregnant women are forbidden to take it.Its clinical dosage range is 6-30 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and symptom targets should be actively explored and reconstructed.
