摘要
利用智能手机的数码成像技术及印迹技术,以镉为目标重金属离子,以柠檬酸和硫脲制备得到的碳点为材料,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为功能单体,氨水为催化剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为交联剂,制备了镉离子印迹检测试纸。制备及检测的优化条件为:APTES用量40μL、TEOS用量60μL、碳点浓度0.2mg·mL^(-1)、超声时间35min、点样体积3μL、显色时间15min、pH=8。在上述条件下,镉离子含量为0.1~0.5μg·mL^(-1)时,与B/(R+G+B)值有较强的线性关系,检出限为0.0015μg·mL^(-1),R^(2)=0.9965。用本法测定金银花中镉的含量,回收率为91.11%~106.67%,平均相对标准偏差为4.43%。该检测试纸具有制备简单、成本低廉、检测速度快等优点。
Applied cadmium as the target heavy metal ion,the carbon dots obtained by citric acid and thiourea as materials,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)as functional monomer,ammonia as catalyst,and ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as crosslinker,a paper chip for rapid determination of cadmium ion content was prepared by digital imaging technology and blot technology of smart phones.The optimization conditions of preparation and detection were:APTES dosage 40μL,TEOS dosage 60μL,carbon dot concentration 0.2mg/mL,ultrasonic time 35min,spotting volume 3μL,color development time 15min,pH=8.Under the above conditions,when the cadmium ion content was 0.1~0.5μg/mL,there was a strong linear relationship with the B/(R+G+B)value,and the detection limit was 0.0015μg/mL,and R^(2)=0.9965.The content of cadmium in honeysuckle was determined by this method,and the recovery rate was 91.11%~106.67%,and the average relative standard deviation was 4.43%.The test strip had the advantages of easy to prepare,low cost and fast detection speed.
