电化学回收废旧锂离子电池正极金属的研究进展

摘要 大量锂离子电池的退役将带来环境污染和资源浪费等问题。电化学工艺具有高效、高选择性、化学试剂消耗少等优点,是从电池材料中回收金属资源领域的研究热点。本文介绍了几种回收锂离子电池正极材料的电化学工艺,包括电渗析法、水溶液电解、熔盐电解及直接锂化再生等,对这些方法的优势与不足进行了总结,并展望了应用电化学技术回收废旧锂离子电池正极材料的发展前景。 A large amount of retired lithium-ion batteries would bring problems like environmental pollution and resource wastage.With the merits of high efficiency,high selectivity and fewer chemical reagents consumption,electrochemical technology was highlight in recycling metallic resources from spent batteries.In this paper,several electrochemical methods for recycling lithiumion batteries cathode materials,included electrodialysis,electrolysis in aqueous solution and molten salts and relithiation,were reviewed.The benefits and weaknesses of these methods were summarized and the development of recycling spent lithium-ion batteries cathode by electrochemical technology was prospected.
