电化学处理炼油企业循环水的工业试验研究

摘要 与传统的化学药剂处理技术相比,电化学水处理技术兼具除垢、缓蚀、杀菌灭藻等功能,具有显著提高浓缩倍数、节水、经济、环保等优势。本研究在某炼油企业循环水冷却系统中投用电化学设备进行工业试验,结果表明,在高浓缩倍数下,采用电化学技术协同杀菌剂,可保持循环水体的水质稳定,有效控制系统的结垢、腐蚀、微生物滋生等问题,保证系统的稳定良好运行。同时,从经济效益方面与药剂法进行了对比分析,电化学技术每年可为企业节省费用人民币百万元以上,节约水资源8×10^(5)m^(3)·a^(-1)左右。 Compared with traditional chemical treatment technology,electrochemical water treatment technology had the functions of descaling,corrosion inhibition,sterilization and algae sterilization,and had the advantages of significantly improving concentration ratio,water saving,economy and environmental protection.In this study,electrochemical equipment was used in the circulating water cooling system of an oil refining enterprise for industrial experiments,and the results showed that under the high concentration ratio,the electrochemical technology synergistic bactericide could still effectively control the water quality stability,effectively control the problems of scaling,corrosion and microbial breeding,and ensured the stable and good operation of the system.At the same time,from the perspective of economic benefits and pharmaceutical method,electrochemical technology could save enterprises more than one million yuan per year and save about 8×10^(5) m^(3)/a of water resources.
