储罐双层底板的结构优化及有限元分析

摘要 近年来石油泄漏事故时有发生,引起泄漏的最主要原因之一,就是储罐的底板腐蚀。目前的大型储罐底板多为单层,容易被腐蚀产生缺陷而导致泄漏,为此本文提出了一种基于单层底板的双层底板结构。采用有限元软件,对单层底板储罐和双层底板储罐进行了受力分析,结果表明,在相同的约束条件下,双层底板储罐的受力性能良好,受到的最大等效应力相比单层底板储罐减小了31.6%。具有不同底板结构的2台储罐,其最大等效应力均出现在罐底边缘板与第一层壁板组对安装的大角焊缝位置,其中,双层底板储罐的最大等效应力,产生在大角焊缝的壁板一侧,单层底板储罐的最大等效应力,产生在大角焊缝的底板一侧。 Oil leakage was occurred frequently in recent years,while the corrosion of bottom plate was one of the main reasons for leakage of tank.A single bottom was widely used in large storage tanks at present,corrosion of the bottom plate occurred easily and then the tank would leak due to the bottom defects caused by corrosion.Therefore,a double steel bottom structure based on the single bottom was given.The stress of single-layer bottom plate storage tanks and double-layer bottom plate storage tanks were analyzed by finite element software.The research results showed that the tank with double steel bottom had good mechanical performance under the same constraint conditions,and the maximum equivalent force was reduced by 31.6% compared with the single bottom.The maximum equivalent stress of the two types of bottom structure occurred at the fillet weld seam of the annular bottom plate and the first shell,it generated on the side of the shell of fillet weld seam in a single bottom and on the side of annular bottom plate of fillet weld seam in a double bottom.
