公园城市专项体检的内容与技术框架研究

The Content and Technical Framework of Special Examination for Park City

当前,不同层级、不同资源类型的城市对公园城市概念的理解和目标愿景存在差异,缺少在国土空间规划体系下的实施监督机制。立足国土空间规划城市体检评估体系,梳理公园城市的发展历程和阶段特征,初步总结覆盖公园城市“规模—体系—生态系统—融合度”的多维度专项体检内容框架,思考确保公园城市专项体检有效实施的关键技术,研究成果旨在丰富完善体检评估体系,服务公园城市规划建设实施效果的有效评估和动态调整。

Cities with different levels of development and different types of resources have formed their own understanding of the park city concept,however the implementation supervision mechanism under the territorial space planning system is absent at present.Based on the city examination and evaluation system of territorial space planning,the development process and stage characteristics of park cities are studied,and the multi-dimensional content framework of special examination covering"scale,system,ecosystem,integration degree"is summarized.The key technologies to ensure the effective implementation of special examination are proposed to enrich and improve the city examination and evaluation system,and serve the effective evaluation and dynamic adjustment for the park city planning and construction.
