摘要
瑞马唑仑是一种新型超短效水溶性苯二氮䓬类药物,拥有甲苯磺酸与苯磺酸2种盐形式,分别于2021年末与2022年初获批取得全身麻醉诱导与维持的新适应证。本文就瑞马唑仑新扩展的适应证,对其在全身麻醉中的有效性、与其他诱导药物的比较、诱导与维持剂量、安全性与不良反应的相关研究进行综述,为临床麻醉用药提供参考。
Remimazolam,available in two salt forms as remimazolam tosylate and remimazolam besylate,is a novel ultra-short-acting,water-soluble benzodiazepine.It obtained new indications for the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia at the close of 2021 and the outset of 2022.This article provides a concise review of the expanded indications for remimazolam,encompassing its effectiveness in general anesthesia,comparative analysis with other induction agents,dosing for induction and maintenance,safety considerations,and research on potential adverse reactions.The review aims to provide a valuable reference for the use of remimazolam in clinical anesthesia.
