摘要
目的调查北京地区健康体检人群的维生素D水平及状态。方法回顾2015年6月至2018年10月来我院体检的7234例体检者的25-羟维生素D[25-hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D]检测结果,分析性别、年龄段、季节等因素对维生素D水平的影响;并于2年后抽查其中500例健康体检人群进行随访,分析其25-羟维生素D检测结果。结果同季节同年龄段,男女25-羟维生素D水平差异均存在统计学意义;同季节同性别,老年组25-羟维生素D水平普遍高于青年组和中年组,女性25-羟维生素D水平在任意季节都随年龄递增有上升趋势,男性25-羟维生素D水平在夏季、秋季和冬季随年龄递增有上升趋势。同年龄段同性别,青年组和中年组25-羟维生素D水平夏秋季高于冬春季,老年组25-羟维生素D水平变化无此规律,可能与老年组样本量较少有关。人群总体25-羟维生素D缺乏率达60%,男性和女性25-羟维生素D缺乏率分别是45%和67%。春冬季25-羟维生素D缺乏率高,分别为73%和89%,夏秋季25-羟维生素D缺乏率相对低一些,但也都超过50%。不同年龄段25-羟维生素D缺乏率,青年>中年>老年。随访500例健康体检人群,发现其25-羟维生素D水平均较两年前降低0.54±0.36ng/mL,其中男性25-羟维生素D水平平均值高出女性0.21±0.05ng/mL,且老年人仍然比中年人和青年人有更高的25-羟维生素D水平。结论近年来北京地区健康体检人群维生素D缺乏率总体呈下降趋势,但老年人25-羟维生素D水平高于青年人和中年人,女性25-羟维生素D水平低于男性。
Objective To investigate the level and status of vitamin D in physical examination population in Beijing area.Methods The results of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]of 7234 physical examination people in our hospital from June,2015 to October,2018 were reviewed,and the effects of gender,age and season on vitamin D level were evaluated.Results There were significant differences in 25(OH)D levels between men and women populations in the same season and age groups;For the same season and gender,the level of 25(OH)D in the elderly group was generally higher than the youth group and middle-aged group.The level of 25(OH)D in the female group increased with age in any season,while the level of 25(OH)D in the male group increased with age only in summer,autumn and winter.In the same age and gender group,the level of 25(OH)D in youth and middle-aged groups was higher in summer to autumn than winter to spring.There was no such change in 25(OH)D level in the elderly group.Overall,the rate of vitamin D deficiency was 60%.The rates in male and female group were 45%and 67%,respectively.The rate of vitamin D deficiency was higher in spring and winter(73%and 89%respectively),while relatively lower in summer and autumn(but also more than 50%).The rate of Vitamin D deficiency in the youth group was the highest,the middle-aged group secondly,and the elderly group lowest.Conclusion In recent years,the vitamin D deficiency rate of healthy people in Beijing area showed a decreasing trend,but the 25(OH)D level of elderly people was higher than that of young and middle-aged people,and the 25(OH)D level of women was lower than that of men.500 healthy people were followed up and found that the 25(OH)D level decreased by 0.54±0.36ng/mL,when compared with two years ago,and the average level of 25(OH)D in men was higher than that in women population(0.21±0.05ng/mL),and the elderly still had a higher 25(OH)D level than the middle-aged and young people.
