碘佛醇影响UC-3500及UF-4000尿液分析1例及其机制探讨

摘要 尿液分析作为常规检验的重要组成部分,对临床诊疗工作有着重要的意义。在工作中,常有很多因素会干扰到尿液分析,如含造影剂等,但国内外目前尚无文献阐明其中的影响机制。本文以本实验室遇到的1例造影剂(碘佛醇)影响尿液干化学和有形成份分析的案例,对其可能的机制进行探讨,以期提高临床、检验相关人员对尿液分析的了解和重视。 Urinalysis plays a crucial role in routine laboratory investigations,serving as a vital tool in clinical diagnostics.However,urine analysis is often susceptible to various factors that could disrupt its accuracy,including the presence of contrast agents.Surprisingly,there is lack a comprehensive understanding of the underlying mechanisms behind these interferences in the current literatures,both nationally and internationally.In light of this,this article aims to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying the impact of ioversol,a contrast agent,on the chemical and morphological analysis of urine.By examining a case encountered in our laboratory,we endeavor to enhance the understanding and awareness of urine analysis among clinicians and laboratory personnel,underscoring its essential clinical relevance.
