结合某系列直升机蒸发循环制冷系统的构造和工作原理,分析了其使用过程中的常见故障,对与制冷剂压力相关的故障给出了相应的排查方法,并给出了制冷剂渗漏检测和加注等后续处理措施和方法,提出了制冷系统维护及设计建议。

Based on the structure and working principle of the evaporative cycle refrigeration system of a certain series of helicopters,this paper analyzes common faults during its use and provides corresponding troubleshooting methods for faults related to refrigerant pressure.It also provides follow-up measures and methods for refrigerant leakage detection and filling and proposes maintenance and design suggestions for the refrigeration system.
